Introduction
Welcome to Nextera Digital. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services offered by Nextera Digital (“we,” “our,” “us”) to our clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services & Proposals
All services — including digital marketing, web development, branding, and related activities — will be provided as per the details mentioned in the mutually agreed proposal or contract.
Project timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules will be clearly stated in the same. Any additional requests or scope changes may incur extra costs and revised timelines.
2. Payments
All payments are due as per the terms stated in the proposal or invoice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Performance & Liability
While Nextera Digital strives to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, conversions, or sales outcomes.
Our liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel services by providing a 7-day written notice via email.
Please note: No refunds will be issued once project work has commenced or digital ad campaigns have been executed.
In case of prepaid or retainer-based services, any unused portion may be adjusted against future services at our discretion.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information, data, and strategies during and after the completion of the project.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to you, except for any third-party materials or licensed tools used in the project.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
